Had an amazing time at Matt’s place, the location was perfect for what I needed to do. Home was so clean and I’ll stay again. I would definitely recommend staying here Matt was very resourceful, his response time was amazing !

We only had a short stay at the property but it was truly the perfect location for our family group from ages 5 to 71 everyone was comfortable and happy with the location! The pool was beautiful, the games were so fun and amenities perfect for all our needs. There was an incident where our back slider broke and had to be replaced, Matt was extremely responsive, kind, and caring to the situation. We hope to be back for another family gathering soon!

This place was the perfect house for my family to come together for a fun weekend. The house was beautiful, clean, had ample space for us to sleep and hangout and of course the beautiful views from the backyard. The pool was 10/10, even though the weather wasn’t ideal we were still able to use the hot tub and lounge by the pool. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond, they gave easy to understand and clear instructions on what was expected from us. He made our stay in Wimberley a 11/10 experience. We will absolutely be booking again!!

Matt’s place is well appointed and very functional, clean, well decorated and thought out. Quiet neighborhood in the Heights area with lots of excellent restaurants and cafes, would definitely recommend if traveling to Houston alone or as a couple.

We did a family trip here with 8 adults and 3 young kids, and couldn’t have been happier with the stay! We (3 daughters in our 30s) surprised our parents (in their 60s) with this vacation to celebrate my dad’s retirement. The house was perfect for it - every room so well decorated, the pool/hot tub were a hit, and the game room really completed the weekend. It had something for everyone. Also, the spacious kitchen was great for cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at Pettys Place unit 3. The unit was exactly as pictured, very clean and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for us! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Houston.

Petty’s Place was perfect. Good location, walkable neighborhood and a close drive to The Heights, Montrose, and all the other places we wanted to go. The property and the unit were exactly as described. This was the most well appointed and well maintained Airbnb that we have ever rented. I would absolutely stay here again. The bed and 100% cotton bedding were very comfortable. I could describe every detail and would have high praise. I will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who asked where to stay.

We had such an enjoyable time at MidModHouse! After a day of travel to arrive, it is such a relief to settle in a space that allows rest. Everything was as stated and expected and it was simply easy to stay there! Clear instructions for everything.

Our stay was wonderful! The place was squeaky clean and wonderfully decorated. I felt safe to walk around barefoot. Not only was it pristine but there are so many small details that made our stay great. For example the blackout curtains, the makeup towels in the bathroom, the complimentary q-tip's and Cotten rounds and many more. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and it helped me sleep so much better. I was even pleasantly surprised to find foil paper to wrap my breakfast to go. There’s just too much to list. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you Matthew for thinking of everything.

Matthews place was perfectly described. I was there for a full week and it was so nice to feel safe, have a parking place right at the door, and getting in was easy and quick. The bed was comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen, and all new appliances and furniture. The TV’s were brand new smart TVs. All around great place to stay, especially when I wanted something by myself easy and safe. Will definitely stay here for the tournament next year.
