Great stay for business at Matt’s place in Houston. The unit is perfectly accommodated and feels comfortable when you walk in. I’ll be booking again while in town. Don’t hesitate to book one of his properties!

Matt is an AMAZING Host!! Very responsive and accommodating. This place is very accessible to every major highway and if your doing anything in the Greater "Downtown Houston Area" this is where you want to stay!! I was there to work the Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium and this was perfect in terms of location!!! I will definitely be back!! Thanks Matt for everything, and the Hospitality!! Hope to be back soon!!

I was thrilled with how responsive Matthew was and how put together and clean this listing was as well . I needed a place same day and Matthew made me feel like we had been in touch for weeks - THANK YOU!! - He was incredibly courteous and helpful. His place was immaculate. Everything was in perfect order and I had exactly what I needed for my visit to Houston.

I had a fantastic stay at Matt’s and felt right at home. The house was extremely clean, looked just like the photos, and in a very convenient location. Matt was very responsive and also provided very clear instructions and several recommendations for those new to the area. I would highly recommend this house- or honestly any of Matt’s!

This was a nice stay. It was 5 minutes away from Daikin Park. We were there for a concert so it was a perfect location. It was super clean and I loved that we had two bathrooms. When checking out he didn’t have any crazy rules, which I loved. I definitely recommend this place.

Great cozy place perfect for two people. Also in a safe area not far from a lot of popular places, if there were any questions they got solved very quickly would book again.

I think we found our spot for when we visit the hill country area. Aesthetically pleasing and clean home in a stunning neighborhood. Home layout is cozy yet roomy. Comfortable beds in 4 inviting bedrooms. Fully functional kitchen. Patio and pool were amazing. Kids and adults really enjoyed the game room. The deer, the stars, and all the other added amenities…… overall, a fantastic stay!

This place was gorgeous and yet very comfortable. It was surrounded by trees. It felt peaceful and remote but we were only 10 minutes from Wimberley Square. We enjoyed every minute.
Matthew was fantastic. He responded right away when a question was asked. After check out, I had left one AirPod. He had the staff search and the arranged a meet up so I could get it back.
I can’t say enough about how great this experience was for us.

Best Air BnB that I have ever stayed out. The location was convenient to everything in the city yet quiet and peaceful at night. Bed was comfy. It had all the amenities you could need.
