We had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful. Nicely decorated and well stocked. We all loved the hot tub, pool and game room. Location was great for our visit with family who live in New Braunfels. We would definitely stay there again.

Petty Place Unit 2 was excellent! Just the perfect size for our needs. The unit was spotless and fresh and loved having the split unit air in the bedroom as well as room darkening shades as my wife is recovering from surgery. One suggestion I would have is to change the shower head to a sprayer arm. Otherwise the unit was fabulous, in a good location and very quiet area. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt's place! The home is beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured, and in a fantastic location close to the Toyota Center, Houston Children’s Museum and Discovery Green. He was highly responsive, proactive, and took immediate accountability to ensure everything was perfect for us. You can truly tell he cares about his guests' experience. We would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Houston!

Matt is an AMAZING Host!! Very responsive and accommodating. This place is very accessible to every major highway and if your doing anything in the Greater "Downtown Houston Area" this is where you want to stay!! I was there to work the Houston Rodeo at NRG Stadium and this was perfect in terms of location!!! I will definitely be back!! Thanks Matt for everything, and the Hospitality!! Hope to be back soon!!

We (family of 2 adults, 1 child) stayed at Matt’s place to attend events at the George Brown Convention Center. The house is across from a small church and a police station. For us, it was an ideal distance for everything we wanted to do other than convention center stuff (Hermann Park/Houston Zoo, Menil Collection, restaurants in the Heights and Montrose etc.) Exactly as described, easy check in, recommended!

I was thrilled with how responsive Matthew was and how put together and clean this listing was as well . I needed a place same day and Matthew made me feel like we had been in touch for weeks - THANK YOU!! - He was incredibly courteous and helpful. His place was immaculate. I had a fantastic stay at Matt’s and felt right at home. The house was extremely clean, looked just like the photos, and in a very convenient location. This was a nice stay. It was 5 minutes away from Daikin Park. We were there for a concert so it was a perfect location. It was super clean and I loved that we had two bathrooms. When checking out he didn’t have any crazy rules, which I loved. I definitely recommend this place.
