Pool heat is available for $75 per night for a pool temperature of 85 degrees. Please alert your host if you'd like pool heat. Spa heat is always included in your nightly rate at no extra charge. Please note that maximum guest capacity is 12. There are six beds. The sixth bed is a full-sized Living Spaces pull out. It's best suited for children and small adults - so please make sure the house matches your requirements when booking.
